- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have no doubt that the Veterinarian himself is knowledgeable and skilled in his profession, but is not very sociable. The bigger issue we had was with the office staff and the lack of quality care they gave our puppy after her surgical procedure. The staff member informed us that our puppy had pooped in her crate upon waking from surgery and had "rolled" in it. (We received the call that she was "awake" around noon, we didn't arrive to pick her up until 3. So, she was rolling in her poop for 3 hours and no-one noticed??) She then went on to say that she did not have "anything to clean her with". WHAT??? We did not bring our puppy into the vet covered in poop but apparently we were supposed to put her in our car and take her home that way... when I asked the staff what I should do, I was met with eye rolls from a heavy-set women sitting at a computer, and the other said to get some baby wipes or something. WOW. Our kids are grown, we don't carry baby wipes. Regardless, thank the Lord another client that was in the waiting room overheard our conversation and offered us her baby wipes. So, as we paid nearly $300 for our services, we proceeded to clean the poop off of our puppy with donated baby wipes, because the VET office did not have so much as a wash cloth, rag, wipes, or papertowel to clean off our puppy. Needless to say.. we will be taking our fur baby to a better facility that cares more about friendliness and cleanliness. This incident was appalling to say the least!May 17, 2017by Tricia Gleason
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪All of our family pets go here, we have one cat and two dogs, soon to be three. Very clean and a friendly environment, parking is limited and the waiting room is a little small, but overall it's a wonderful Vet's office!January 26, 2017by Brianna Nobles
