  If I could give zero/negative stars, I would. As a buyer, our sellers decided to owner finance with us. Which I would assume would cut out a lot of closing paperwork and make it extremely easy on a title company. From the moment our sellers decided to work with Mitchell (beginning of July), until our closing date on July 31st, I received no communication. Anytime we communicated it was because I made the call. I had to call 2 days before our closing date to ask if they would still be setting up an appointment for me, only for them to have misplaced my file. Once it was found, I was asked what time was good for me and I would receive a call back if that time didn't work for the sellers. I never received a call, showed up at 9 am sharp on closing date, to be told the sellers wouldn't be in until 11. After signing all the paperwork, we were told we could either have our deed mailed or receive a call and pick it up, once it was processed. I chose to receive a call and pick it up, because of our change of address. I call on 08/15 to see where we are in the process and I was told it was mailed yesterday. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
